How do you measure success?

Two things, measured relentlessly: local visibility (geo-grid scans and map-pack position) and leads (every call and booking, traced to source). Visibility shows the work is landing; leads show it's producing revenue. Everything else — impressions, raw traffic, "engagement" — is secondary, and we don't dress it up as success.
